Yeah, I could be the one that's confused but there's a chance that somebody in the IK Support isn't getting the whole picture. They did ask me for a picture of the original sales receipt, and I also sent them that link from the store that I bought it from and it clearly shows that it's the keyboard + Sample Tank 3 bundle. Once they got that info, they said all was great and that ST3 would be added to my products page within a day or so. But that's where it seems to have stalled. I will have to try again and see if my luck changes.

And some instructions for Registration / Authorisation? Is that correct? If so, then I would expect that you also got something with the ST3 (Full) serial number on it.
Even if the box did not include all the ST3 disks. Did you get that?

It was almost done with the first one and walked me through to the very end and then I got an error message saying: ' Installation aborted.
Cannot find any Sound Content to copy' Then I tried to download Sample Tank 3 Sound Library Update 3.5 and got the following error message: '! Sound Contents not found, unable to update. Please contact support team' Maybe all the eight sound installers have to already be installed for the Library Update 3.5 to work? I will keep at it, eventually it has to come together, right?

That is where the content would be placed,,, Did the install of Sampltank 3 go well?
